Managing your Xencall Invoices
Xencall makes it easy to view, download and pay your invoices online.
To access these options, navigate to the Client Portal and click View Invoices.
In the Invoices tab, you'll see your current and past invoices listed by date, with the most recent on top. Click on an invoice to view it.
Xencall bills for user licenses, phone numbers, phone usage, add-on features and integrations. You'll see your invoice itemized accordingly.
Quick Tip: Feel free to contact the Billing team with any questions you might have about your invoice.
When viewing an invoice, you'll see the following management options:
- Download this invoice button (1) - Download a PDF copy of your invoice.
- Click here to pay online button (2) - Pay your invoice using a credit card.
- Print button (3) - Print a copy of your invoice.
Using our secure payment form, you can pay your invoice using your Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover credit card by clicking the Click here to pay online button at the top of your invoice.
On the payment form, fill out your Billing Details (1), ensuring that they match the billing details of your credit card. If you would like Xencall to store your billing details for future payments, click the Save changes as default checkbox (2).
When you're ready click the Pay now button (3) to charge your card for the full amount of the invoice. The invoice will now show a $0.00 balance in the invoice list.
