Displaying Origin Details on Lead Profiles


Using the options available under Origin Details, you can determine whether information about the Campaign and File of the Lead appears on Lead Profiles.




Navigating to Origin Detail Display Settings


To view and manage Origin Detail Display Settings, navigate to Settings on the Dashboard.


Note: You'll need "Application Manager" Permissions to view Settings.



Under Settings, select Agent Options to open Profile Features.



You'll now be able to view and manage your Origin Detail Display Settings.



Managing Origin Detail Display Settings


The following settings are available to modify how Lead details are displayed on Lead Profiles. To access these settings, first navigate to Origin Detail Display Settings

  • Display Campaign (1) - If checked, this will display the name of the Campaign.
  • Permit agents to change the campaign (2) -If checked, this will permit Agents to transfer the Lead from the current Campaign to another one.
  • Display file name (3) - By selecting an option from the drop-down menu, you can choose whether or not to display the Lead File name, and which Users to display it to.


Changes to these settings will be saved automatically.
