Create a New Queue
Navigate to the Admin Files Folder and choose the appropriate Folder for your new Queue:
- Lead Queues folder (1) - Contains Dialer and Action Folder Queues.
- Inbound Calls folder (2) - Contains Inbound Queues.
Next, click the + New icon.
Select the New Queue icon.
Type in the Queue Name and hit Enter.
